The Body Remembers Light is a deeply restorative group healing devoted to your body, your physical temple and its sacred intelligence.
Together, we will enter a guided healing space and invite luminous Healing Light Codes to move through the body and energy field. You will be supported to reconnect with the wisdom held within your physical form and remember that your body is an extraordinary living vessel, capable of receiving light, love and energetic support.
