Wake each morning to the soft symphony of nature, the lush greenery of the retreat center embracing you in its stillness. Stretch into the day with Kelly, whose movement practices will gently awaken your body; aligning breath, flow, and presence so you start each day feeling open and connected.
Journey into the sacred with Zara, who will guide you through a different Goddess and her element each morning - Kali’s fire, Gaia’s Earth, Isis’s air, Yemaya’s water, and the vast ether of the Great Cosmic Mother. Through deep guided meditations, energy healing, and sacred connection, you will be held in their power, wisdom, and transformation, awakening these forces within yourself.

Whether it’s your first time touching a drum or you’re a seasoned drummer, Simone’s masterful teaching will guide you effortlessly into connection with your own inner rhythm. She creates a space free of pressure or performance, helping you find your own unique pulse, presence, and expression through the rich tradition of West African rhythms.
Immerse yourself in cultural experiences - bathe in the sacred waters of Tirta Empul Temple, take part in a Sacred Flower Workshop, wander the charming streets of Ubud, visit artisan workshops… or let the stillness of the pool call you into quiet reverie.
Each evening we either dine in at the retreat centre or you are free to choose from an array of culinary experiences including exquisite fine dining to hidden local warungs brimming with flavor and soul.
